The Refund Policy is in place so that you, as an entrant, are fully aware of any applicable charges or conditions should you need to cancel or transfer your entry for any reason. It also advises the Organisers liability if the event cannot be run.
Can I cancel my entry?
Yes. Depending upon when you cancel, you may also be entitled to a partial refund:
If you cancel your entry before 6pm on 17 April 2021, you will receive a full refund of fees paid, less a $15 administration fee. If your entry fee was $15 or less then you will not receive any refund.
If you cancel after 6pm on 17 April 2021, you will not be eligible to receive any refund.

Can I transfer my entry to another person?
Yes. In the event that you no longer wish to participate in the event you may transfer your entry to another person by following these steps prior to 6pm 1 May 2021 :
Send an email to advising your name, date of birth, event distance and amount paid
Advise the person who is taking your entry to send an email to , quoting your details above as well as their own name, address, date of birth, age on race day, event distance and contact telephone number
You cannot transfer your entry to another person after 6pm on 1 May 2021. There are no refunds applicable to changing to a lesser distance than you originally entered.
Can I change my event distance?
Yes. Simply email by 6pm 8 May 2021, quoting your name, date of birth, event distance entered and new event distance. There are no refunds when changing distances. You cannot change your distance after 6pm 8 May 2021.
What if the Organisers have to cancel the event?
In the event of extreme weather, Act of God, unforseen regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, the event may be cancelled without notice and no refunds will be made. In this case, all funds collected less organisational expenses will be donated to the event charities. The Oatley Park Fun Run has been run annually since 2010.
