This year we will holding a 'Oatley Park Fun Run Training Program' with sessions of a Thurday evening & Saturday morning in the lead up to the event.
In each class we will be focusing on teaching you the fundamental skills from the start and proper technique and running form, which will help to reduce injury risk and enable you to become a more efficient runner. As well as teaching you to various training methods to prepare you for your chosen event in the Oatley Park Fun Run.
We welcome all levels of abilities in our programs from complete beginners right through to the elite. We have proudly helped many achieve great results through our training methods, from seeing many first timers go on to complete many various fun runs, marathons, triathlons and ultra events right through to winning major titles such as the Male and Female team wins in the City2Surf, Sutherland to Surf, Australian Running Festival, State and National titles, not to mention countless personal successes and goals achieved.
Commences Thursday 26th Feb, you are welcome to join for a 6 Week or 8 Week Program, or on a casual basis.
