FUN RUN TRAINING
We are now running Up And Running training programs at Oatley, Cronulla and the CBD.
Our variety of sessions on offer consist of a mixture of tempo runs, reps and interval sessions, easy runs and long endurance runs, with a strong focus on helping you correct your technique along the way. Our structured combination will improve all areas of your running performance.
Featuring a 1km Kids Dash, 2.5km course and 5km course there is something for everyone to enjoy. Run or walk your chosen event and enjoy a great morning out at this fantastic community event.
